?Bamboo Lake, Yangmingshan

Situated 670m in a valley between Datun, Qixing and Guanyin Mountain, the Bamboo Lake was formed after an eruption. Fertile soil from the eruption eventually led to a farming village after the levels of the lake waters receded.

?Calla Lilly

As spring gets warmer, you will spot blue magpies and little egrets flying above the misty Bamboo Lake. You can also view calla lilies, a must for flower enthusiasts.

?Tamsui

Walk along the riverside and you will see stores with character neatly tucked along the shores. Relax and sip on a coffee at one of the European cafes, while gazing at the distant Guanyin Mountain and Tamsui river estuary.
